Tax Form 210

Your Modelo 210 Tax Details

Our easy to use form takes just a few minutes to complete.

Simply send your details to us and we will complete and file your Modelo 210 tax return on your behalf and present them to the Spanish tax authorities. We will then contact you with the amount of tax you need to pay.

No payments are required now, our service fee of 62€ (plus VAT at 7%) will only fall due once we have calculated the amount of tax you need to pay.

Our fee covers tax returns for properties with one or two owners. Thereafter, there is an additional charge of 20€ for each additional owner.

Please note: Parking spaces and garages are separate taxable entities from the property so have to be assessed accordingly as they would attract both taxes and fees.

Our charges are very adaptable and secure, you can pay either by credit card, bank transfer or cheque, whatever suits you best.

All information provided from yourselves is safely encrypted and 100% secure throughout this tax assessment process.

Important note. The deadline for your tax declaration is December 31st.

How much tax will I have to pay?

As a rule, tax charges are a percentage of 1.1% or 2% of the catastral value of the property – charges vary according to where exactly your property is located in Spain and the year the last assessment was made.

For any more information about the Modelo 210 non-letting tax or our services, you should find the answers on the FAQ´s page.
